Our Project Managers will be appointed to work to your specific requirements in order to succeed. Our Managers will prepare a Project Management Plan to address the following issues:
• Discuss your project requirements, and tailor a delivery schedule and work breakdown structure to meet your requirements.
• Continually update you with progress reports on tracking of all material & Status Reports.
• Source materials from stock, nationally & internationally which best suits your requirements within budget.
• Regular meetings in person to update on delivery performance.
• Control deliveries to meet tight deadlines, and arrange urgent deliveries efficiently.

 

  
•   Analyse material qualities to meet your specific project requirements.
•   Ensure Quality Assurance on all materials from a resource Management Plan.
•   Issue Management & Issue Resolving.
•   Meet at Project Closure to discuss performance.
•   Be your one point of call for all questions relating to the project.
